Jaroszowiec refuge is a specially valuable because of important vegetation habitats remain on the area changed by human. Beechwoods, semi-natural dry grasslands and especially rare species of moss - slender green feather-moss (Drepanocladus vernicosus) need to be mention. Not less important are geomorphologic values, connected to its geologic structure and limestone karst: caves, rock outliers reaching big relative height.
