Gora Sw. Anny refuge is a lime-basalt hill with a height of 406 m a.s.l., which clearly overlooks the surrounding lowland landscape. Site of Community Importance established on this area is supposed to protect 11 habitats occurring here, which are important from the European point of view. Great value of the refuge is also landscape mosaic, where usable arable lands interlace with natural ecosystems with a huge significance for saving nature balance. Gora Sw. Anna reaches 406 m a.s.l. and it is the biggest elevation of Chelmski Massive on Slaska Upland. It is made of limestones and basalts volcano's origin. more »
