One of the most valuable places within the area of Naleczow Plateau are limestone caves in Bochotnica, which are unique documentation site of geological importance. These caves are at the same time bat refuge of European importance. Another important element of the site's nature is the valley of river Bystra, as well as numerous loess gorges, which create a specific labyrinth. Naleczow Plateau is a site of community importance. The site encompasses the western part of Plaskowyz Naleczowski with diverse surface features. The most interesting area is located between Skowieszyn, Bochotnica and Witoszyn. more »

Roztocze National Park lies in the central-east part of Poland, and encompasses the most naturally valuable parts of Central Roztocze. The Park was founded in 1974 over the area of 4,801 ha.
