You can get to Bialystok by car from:

• Warsaw - by road no. 8 through Wyszkow and Zambrow,
• Olsztyn - by raod no. 53 to Ostroleka, where you turn into Lomza direction, and next by road no. 64 you reach Stare Jezowo and turn into road no. 8 into Bialystok direction,
• Lublin - by road no. 19 through Miedzyrzec Podlaski, Siemiatycze and Bielsk Podlaski.

You can get to Bialystok also by train.

Touristic trails on the area of the refuge:

1. Trail of Zygmunt Gloger - green, 46 km:
   Nowosiołki - Choroszcz - Ruszczany - Rogowek - Rogowo - Panki - Rzedziany - Lesniki - Sanniki - Tykocin - Stelmachowo - Sierki - Jezewo Stare.
   The trail runs through places connected to Zygmunt Gloger's life and activation. It shows the beauty of Narew valley, it lets you to visit historical monuments of Choroszcze and Tykocin town.
2. Nadwarcianski trail - yellow, 31 km:
   Bialystok - Ksiezyno - Niewodnica - Trypucie - Zawady - Topilec - Izbiszcze - Sliwno - Kruszewo - Panki.
   Part of the trail runs along the edge of Narew valley. There is Orthodox church in Topilec place located in the protection zone.
3. Trail of Wlodzimierz Puchalski - red, 36km:
   Lapy Osse - Plonka Koscielna - Lupianka Stara - Bokiny - Jeniki - Waniewo - Kurowo - Pajewo - Jezewo Stare
   The trail runs along the edge of river valley, waht gives opportunity observing numerous species of birds living in NPN.
4. Wlokniarze trail - blue, 60km:
   Fasty - Dzikie - Zoltki - Choroszcz - Kosciuki - Niewodnica - Tolocze - Dobrowoda - Bojary - Suraz - Zawyki - Doktorce - Strabla
   We walk along the left bank of Narew river across old spots with its monuments (Choroszcz, Suraz, Strabla), getting to know the nature and history of the region.

Bicycle path
Bialtystok - Kruszewo: green, 20 km
Starosielce - Krupniki - Barszczewo - ,,Szubienica" - Babia Gora - Konowaly - Kruszewo (washed-away bridge).
Trail runs to "washed-away bridge" from where the view to Narew valley stretches, there is the execution place and insurgents' memorial from 1863 on one's way.

Didactic paths
Terrain Educational Centre NPN in Kurow - footbridges, viewing towers, canoes, nature exposition.
Bicycle path: Babia Gora - Kosciuki - Las Kosciuki - Topilec - Szubienica
Didactic path: Bojary PKP - Uchowo Bagno near Borowskie.

Canoe trails
1. Part of the water trail Bialowieska Forest - Nowogrod (about 50 km),
2. Kurowo-bridge on Kurowka river (about 3 km),
3. Kurowo-"koziolek" redoubt (about 3 km).
