Pojezierze Mysliborskie is characterised by diverse landscape of moraine hills and lakes. Special value of the area is the richness of habitats - 14 types from Appendix I of Habitat Directive appear here. Asperulo-Fagetum beech forests of natural character with old treestands and rare bog gatherings and well preserved underwater meadows of Charales must be mentioned. Pojezierze Mysliborskie is the Site of Community Importance with the surface of 4262.8 ha. Moraine hills and lakes dominate in the landscape. Water areas are often surrounded by afforested gatherings - low land high and wet meadows, transition mires and Rhynchosporion albae. more »
