Did you know that...
Chequers (Sorbus torminalis), also called Wild Services Tree is the rarest tree of Drawa National Park.
The leaves of chequers may remind leaves of a "strange" maple. Meanwhile, chequers, being one of the rarest trees in Poland, belongs to the family Rosaceae, which means that it is a close relative of rowan.

The Naturalist Club is a NGO organization which aids in nature conservation and ecological education. The club was officially registered in 1989.
The only nature and archeological reserve in Poland are Stone Circles in Odry by the River Wda.
