Apart from numerous historical monuments, tThe district of Przemysl is also endowed with clean natural environment. Part of its area belongs to the Przemysl Uplands Landscape Park, which incorporates numerous nature reserves.

Set in thick woods, they provide protected plant species with appropriate conditions for their

growth and enable the wildlife to breed and live undisturbed. The local animal species include: roe-deer, Carpathian deer, wild boars, lynxes, wildcats, hawks, eagle owls, lesser spotted eagles and even black storks.
