Hel Marine Station was established in 1992. Its biggest attraction is the aquarium for seals, where gray seals, the biggest seals living in the Baltic Sea, may be seen all year round.

The lime tree of St Anna, which grows in front of the offices of forestry management in Kliniska is 18 m tall and is 8,6 m in circumference.
