Jezioro Swidwie is characterized by outstanding ornithological values. It is a very important Polish habitat of swampy character.  Many species of water-swamp birds have their nest in the area. The size of the area and its location away from tourist routes allows to preserve one of the most important resting places for birds during migration period. Jezioro Swidwie is a refuge of birds of European importance. It is situated in Western-Pomeranian voivodship, in Police county.
