Dolina Ploni and Jezioro Miedwie refuge is the Site of Community Importance situated in West-Pomeranian voivodeship, south-east of Szczecin. The area is very picturesque and quite accessible. Dry shore of Miedwie lake and decent road network make it possible to reach water of the lake by car.
By car
If you want to get to the Miedwie lake it is recommended to head towards Szczecin. National road no. 10 Szczecin - Starogard Szczecinski, leads directly to the water. The lake lies between Kobylanka and Lipnik.

It is also easy to reach Szczecin by train.

Many holiday centers with water equipment rentals and bathing beaches are located by the lake. The most famous of them is village Morzyczyn in Kobylanka commune, by national road no. 10 Szczecin - Starogard Szczecinski.

Other interesting tourist resorts are: Kunowo, Wierzchlad, Koszewko and Koszewo in Starogard Szczecinski commune, Wierzbno and Turze by marshes in Pyrzyce commune, Zelewo in Stare Czarnowo commune and Jeczydol and Zieleniewo in Kobylanka commune.

The nearest train station is Miedwiecko, 1.5 km from Morzyczyn.
