The refuge can be easily reached from Stargard Szczecinski. You have to leave the town by road no.10 towards Bydgoszcz and after a few kilometers you get to a border of the refuge. Stargard can be reached by PKS coach and train. We can also to the river valley from smaller villages: Pezino, Ulikowo and Sulkowo.
You can canoe down the Krapiel but you must be prepared to overcome many obstacles, such as chutes, fallen trees etc.

Inski Landcape Park): moraine hills covered with beech forests, ravines, stone fields, lakes, peat bogs,
- Dolina Iny kolo Recza (the Ina Valley by Recz) - a Natura 2000 refuge: hilly landscape cut by river valleys, ravines and gorges,
- Stargard Szczecinski: many gothic monuments: the Virgin Mary's church from the 13th/14th century, John the Baptist's church from the 15th century, a town hall from the end of the 14th century, town walls with donjons and gates,
- Pezino: a gothic-renaissance church from the 15th century, a gothic castle of the Joannites from the end of the 14th century,
- Suchan: a stone gothic church from the 15th century,
- Marianowo: an old Cistercian nuns' abbey from the 13th century, a church and a monastery.
