Pradolina Warszawsko-Berlinska is cut by little rivers, flowing to Bzura from Poludniowomazowieckie Hills. There are many fish ponds, from which the most imprtant are Psary, Okret and Rydwan, Borow i Walewice.
The most important river in the refuge is Bzura, which valley is strongly peated. Middle width of river valley riches almost 2 km.
