The site covers natural valley of the low-lying river with its water courses, meanders, sandy islets and sandbanks. The variety of natural habitats creates perfect living conditions for various plant and animal species. The area is particularly valuable because of birds, which have been noticed there. You can also spot a European Pond Turtle which is very rare in Poland. Ostoja Nadbuzanska is a site of community importance.
