How to get to Lasy Spalskie refuge?
Characteristic place of vicinity is Spala, situated more or less on the Warsaw and Czestochowa route. It is tipical small recreation and relaxation town, with a spcific microclimate. It is surrounded by vast forests. Spala is espacially appreciated by sportsmen, there has been a training centre for few years.

By car

  • From Warsaw you have to head to Mszczonow, Rawa Mazowiecka, Tomaszow Mazowiecki,
  • From Czestochowa road leads through Kamiensk, Piotrkow Trybunalski, Tomaszow Mazowiecki.
By train and bus

You can get to vicinity of Spala, going first to Tomaszow Mazowiecki and next by coach. Besides that choaches run from Radom, Opoczno and Rawa Mazowiecka.

Spala's monuments:

  • Wood parich church from 1926, there is a chapel from 20th century near,
  • Rogacz house of brick from 20th century,
  • Water tower from the beginning of 20th century,
  • Monumental bridge over Pilica river (Spala-Cieblowice road),
  • Ruins of old palace,
  • Park the centre of Splala with many monumental trees,
  • Memorial House of Foresters Murdered during the II World War.
