Debianskie Mokradla is a Site of Community Importance, which is located in dolnoslaskie voivodeship. Most of the area is laid in the Jezierzyca Valley Landscape Park. The world of insects is very rich here. There is dusky large blue (
Maculinea nausithous) endangered with extinction and strongly biologically connected with great burnet (
Sanguisorba officinalis) and with
Myrmica rubra (European ants) which adopt the gub of this butterfly.
The highest value of the area is a big complex of alluvial and alder swamp woods between Wodnica and Wrzosy spots. The area is partly protected within the "Uroczysko Wrzosy" reserve with many stands of rare species of birds (crane, black stork, middle spotted woodpecker) and plants like the biggest population of royal fern in Lower Silesia.
