Some advice
How to get to Stawy Przemkowskie?
The refuge is located on the border of two voivodeships: Lubuskie and Lower Silesia. This is an extremely interesting area from the touristic point of view. Nature-lovers, tourists looking for peace and quiet, as well as those who want to rest actively should find something interesting here.

There are numerous walking and cycling paths, scenic woods and ponds filled with fish. It is also worth taking a canoe and participate in one of the canoeing trips organized in the reagion.

Traveling by car
It is best to get to the town of Przemkow, which is located between Zielona Gora nad Legnica. Take national road E65 and then turn toward Szprotawa (road no 12) and continue towards Przemkow.

Travelling by train or bus
Trains go to Zielona Gora. From here take a PKS coach to Szprotawa which lies by Stawy Przemkowskie.

Tourists interested in history should be encouraged to visit this part of Poland by the fact, that it was here where in 1000 Polish prince Boleslaw Chrobry met Otton III, king of Germany.
