There are 700 species of vascular plants, 200 species of moss, lichens, and algae observed within the area of Babia Gora National Park.

About 70 plant species typical for the high mountains grow on Babia Gora, 54 species are under protection.

Magurski National Park

Magurski National Park (Magirslo Parl Narodowy) is located in the South-East of Poland, by the border with Slovakia, on the boundary of two Voivodships - Lesser Poland and Subcarpathian.

Turbacz is the highest peak in the Gorce range, it reaches 1310m above the sea level. It used to be called Niedzwiedz and Kluczki.
