Babia Gora attracts crowds of tourist at all times of the year. The area is characterized by unique natural value and scenic landscape. The massif of Babia Góra is the highest mountain range of the Beskid Wysoki Mountains. The typical feature of Babia Gora massif is climate and flora vertical zonation. The most valuable species, growing in the highest, alpine belt is endemic plant - Cerastium. In order to protect the natural richness of the region part of the site was designated as a UNESCO-MaB Biosphere Reserve, as well as the site of community importance within Natura 2000 Network. more »

Turbacz is the highest peak in the Gorce range, it reaches 1310m above the sea level. It used to be called Niedzwiedz and Kluczki.
