Did you know, that...

990 species of plants have been found in Swietokrzyski National Park. From among them 670 species of vascular plants, 129 of lichen and 190 of moss.

You can find there some very rare plants like: Siberian Iris (Iris sibirica), Globe Flower (Trollius europaeus), Ostrich fern (Matteucia struthiopteris), Broad Buckler-fern (Dryopteris dilatata). One of the more significant features of the park is a remitted population of yew-trees (around 1300 specimens).
